AI Agent
Your conversational AI copilot for creating, scheduling, and managing social media content.
What the AI Agent Can Do
The AI agent lives in the chat panel of your dashboard. It has access to tools that take real actions in your workspace — creating content, scheduling posts, generating images, and updating your brand settings.
- Create posts for any network (X, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Adapt content for different networks automatically
- Schedule posts for specific dates and times
- Generate AI images with brand-styled text overlays
- Search your content library and calendar
- Update your brand tone, content pillars, visual style, and more
- Cancel or reschedule existing posts
- Add FAQ entries to your brand knowledge base
Example Prompts
"Create a LinkedIn post about our new feature launch""Generate 3 tweets about AI in marketing""Schedule a post for tomorrow at 10am about our product""Create a post for LinkedIn and X about remote work tips""Generate an image for a post about team collaboration""What do I have scheduled this week?""Update my brand tone to be more casual and friendly""Cancel the post scheduled for Friday"How Tool Confirmations Work
When the agent wants to take an action (like creating a post or scheduling), it shows you a confirmation card before executing. This gives you full control over what happens in your workspace.
- Review — The agent shows a preview of the action it wants to take, including the post text, target network, and schedule time.
- Approve or Decline— Click "Approve" to let the agent execute the action, or "Decline" to reject it. The agent will never make changes without your explicit approval.
- Result — After approval, the agent executes the action and confirms the result with a link to the content item or calendar entry.
Tip:Read-only actions (searching content, checking the calendar, viewing brand info) execute automatically without confirmation since they don't modify anything.
Tips for Effective Prompts
- Be specific about the network— mention "LinkedIn," "X," or "Instagram" so the agent adapts the content appropriately.
- Include the topic — the more context you give about what the post should be about, the better the result.
- Mention scheduling— if you want a post scheduled, include the date and time in your message (e.g., "tomorrow at 10am").
- Request multiple networks at once— ask for "a post for LinkedIn and X" and the agent will create one content item with variants for each.
- Ask for images — you can ask the agent to generate an image alongside the post. It will use your brand colors and style automatically.
Content Creation Flow
When you ask the agent to create a post for multiple networks, it follows this sequence:
- Creates one parent content item with the core idea
- Adds a variant for each target network, adapting the text for that platform
- Optionally schedules each variant if you specified a time
This means one idea stays organized as a single content item in your library, with network-specific versions underneath.
