Brand Settings
Tell Viraly who you are so every piece of AI-generated content sounds and looks like your brand.
How Brand Memory Works
During onboarding, Viraly scans your website to automatically detect your brand identity — colors, logo, tone, industry, and more. This information is stored in your brand memory and used by the AI agent every time it generates content, writes an image prompt, or adapts a post for a specific network.
You can view and edit all brand settings from the Settings page in your dashboard, or by asking the AI agent (e.g., "Update my brand tone to be more casual").
Settings Reference
Business Summary
A short description of what your business does. The AI uses this as context when generating content, so make it specific and accurate.
Business Type
Choose between Product, Service, or Local Business. This affects how the AI approaches image generation — product businesses get product photography, while service businesses get lifestyle/work scenes.
Tone of Voice
Describe how your brand communicates. Examples: "Professional but approachable," "Bold and direct," "Warm and conversational." The AI matches this tone in every post it generates.
Content Pillars
The main topics your brand posts about. Examples: "Product updates," "Industry insights," "Customer success stories," "Team culture." The AI draws from these when generating content ideas.
Visual Style
Guidelines for AI-generated images. Examples: "Minimalist, clean, tech-focused, blue/white palette" or "Warm, organic, earth tones." This is applied to every image prompt automatically.
Preferred Hashtags
Set hashtags per network. The AI will include these when generating posts for that network.
Preferred CTAs
Calls to action the AI should use. Examples: "Try it free," "Learn more," "Book a demo."
Prohibited Topics
Topics the AI should never mention. Add competitor names, sensitive subjects, or anything off-brand here.
Custom Instructions
Free-form instructions for the AI. Use this for anything not covered by the other fields — for example: "Always mention our free trial," "Never use exclamation marks," or "Include a question at the end of every LinkedIn post."
Brand Colors & Logo
Your brand colors and logo are auto-detected during onboarding and used in AI-generated image overlays. You can update them in the Brand Profile section of Settings.
- Primary color — Used for text overlay backgrounds, borders, and accents
- Accent color — Used as a secondary color in gradients and highlights
- Logo — Displayed as a small watermark on generated images
Fonts
Choose a primary and secondary font for your image overlays. Viraly supports a wide range of Google Fonts plus the Geist system font. The selected font is used in all text overlay layouts on generated images.
