Plans & Credits

Viraly offers three plans — Free, Starter, and Pro. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance that powers all AI actions: generating content, creating images and videos, chat messages, and more.

• Credits reset at the start of each billing period
• Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next period
• All AI actions consume credits — each action has a fixed credit cost
• Non-AI features (scheduling, publishing, media library) are always available regardless of credit balance

Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are available with monthly or yearly billing:

• Monthly — billed every month, credits refresh each month
• Yearly — billed once per year at a discounted rate, but credits still refresh every month

Each plan includes a limit on how many social accounts you can connect:

When you upgrade to a higher plan:

• The new plan takes effect immediately
• You receive the full credit allowance of the new plan right away
• Any remaining credits from your previous plan are kept for the current period
• Stripe handles proration automatically — you only pay the difference for the remaining time in your billing cycle
• Your social account limit increases immediately

When you downgrade to a lower plan:

• The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You keep access to all features of your current plan until then
• At the next renewal, your credit allowance adjusts to the new plan
• If you have more connected accounts than the new plan allows, you'll need to disconnect some before the downgrade takes effect

If you cancel your subscription:

• Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
• After that, your workspace reverts to the Free plan
• All your content, media, and settings are preserved — nothing is deleted
• You can re-subscribe at any time to regain access to paid features

Need more credits before your next renewal? You can purchase one-time top-up packages to get additional credits instantly.

• Top-up credits are added to your balance immediately after purchase
• They remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Top-up credits carry over across billing periods — they don't reset like subscription credits
• Subscription credits are consumed first; top-up credits are only used once your subscription allowance runs out
• You can purchase multiple top-ups — they stack

Different AI actions cost different amounts of credits. Common actions include:

• Chat messages — each message to the AI agent
• Content generation — generating post text, headlines, and plans
• Image generation — creating AI images with overlays
• Video generation — creating AI videos

You can monitor your credit usage from two places:

• Billing page — shows your current credit balance, subscription period, and a breakdown of usage for the current period. You can also view older periods.
• Usage page — a detailed log of every credit-consuming action with date filters and pagination. Useful for auditing exactly where your credits went.
